Please note that during high demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience in such situations.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping or COD fee may be applicable and will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor its status in real-time. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delivery issues or delays.
In case a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
