Refund policy
At 3XPRO, we take great pride in the quality of our car and bike care products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The request for return must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@3xpro.in with your order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos showing the condition of the product and the packaging. Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide further instructions for sending the item back to us. Please ensure that the returned item reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details from you. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund. We also do not accept returns for promotional items, free gifts, or items marked as non-returnable during sale campaigns. Returns are not accepted simply due to a change of mind.
If you receive a damaged or leaking product, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
